No. All our pieces are customized and made to measure, and each customer has their own personal tastes, so we do not like to repeat pieces.
Yes. All our furniture comes with a free 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers all manufacturing defects and, whenever possible, they will be repaired in your home by our service team.
We do not like to expose the privacy of our customers' homes; however, we have permission from some of them to show photos of our work during our sales visit, before any contract is signed.
Yes, we have one in Lousada, Portugal, 20 minutes by car from the airport, with transfer available.
It will be repaired or replaced with a new one as soon as necessary, at no cost to the customer.
No. All our furniture is customized and made to measure. We do not sell used furniture either. We are also concerned with cleanliness and sanitary issues, so we do not have a return policy.
For an order to be validated, a contract must be signed between the customer and the company. Once validated, it is placed on the production waiting list. While it is on the waiting list, it can always be canceled subject to a penalty consisting of part of the amount paid as a deposit to validate the order.
